Priyanka Chopra Not Ready to act in Kunal Kohli's Film

Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapur will star in director Kunal Kohli’s new project. The fact however is that PC hasn’t decided if she can take up the film as yet. In an odd twist, PC’s kabhi haan kabhi naa status with Kunal’s film is a reflection of her on again-off again relationship with Sasha.

A common friend says, “Kunal announced his next film with Sasha a couple of months ago. He naturally believed — given Priyanka’s status in Sasha’s life — that she would consent to being the leading lady in the film.”

But while Shahid readily agreed, PC hasn’t signed on the dotted line yet.

“Sasha and PC would never let their personal equations affect their professional decisions,” our source says. “They both know that among the younger generation of actors, they make for a great onscreen pair.”

Priyanka’s reluctance, our source says, is due to her extremely hectic schedule as she juggles the Agneepath remake and the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Barfee. Krrish 2 with Hrithik Roshan follows. Small wonder then, that PC is finding it difficult to accommodate Kunal’s film.

When contacted, PC admitted that she hasn’t given her nod to Kunal’s film as yet.
