In this film Rajini don's 3 characters. After Moondru Mugam of Alex Pandian fame this will be the film with Rajini doing 3 roles. Though all the matters related to the film is going on at full speed the main news is who would be paired for all 3 Rajini's.
As of now Deepika Padukone is the lead name being confirmed to pair against one Rajini and the next choice going rounds is Asin. Unless and until officially it's announced we have to wait for the final names.In between Madhuri Dixit was asked to pair against the senior Rajini and she turned out the offer as she is planning to go back to her kids in USA as she misses them.
